I first read about this a while back but I didn't seriously think an ad agency would sue a person for blogging about their work. I was wrong.
Here's the ad in dispute.

"Warren Kremer Paino Advertising has filed a 3 count multi-million dollar federal lawsuit against me for the reporting I’ve done in this blog. They are claiming defamation, libel, and copyright infringement..."

That is insane.
It's a sad state of affairs we're in when we have to admit that they could actually win this case... then again this kinda thing happens on tv and the radio all the time... blogging just happens to be a nifty un-jumped-on bandwagon.
I'm suing The Ranch for making me read that ad.
